This is the info I have:
John Wall b. 1845, Little Eaton, Derbyshire, England
married Amelia Hale 1871, daughter of John and Mary Horton Hale, b. 1850, Newark, Nottinghamshire, England.
Children:
Ada M. Wall b. 1873
George H. Wall b. 1875
Have found them on the 1881, 1891, and 1901 England Census.
I know that he also had ggrandson named John Wall, grandson of George H. Wall that posted "Letters from America" by George B. Hale. The letters were from George B. Hale to his brother --John Hale, niece Amelia Hale, and his mother.
I would like any info that anyone might have. I would also like to make contact with John Wall that posted the "Letters from America." The email at the end of the letters was from 1999 and is no longer working. I am descended from George B. Hale and would like to share info with him.
