Thanks for the information. I know I'm looking for a needle in a haystack with the name William Jones. The only thing I have to go on is the fact that he was living in Luzerne Pennsylvania at the time of his death, and his wife is still in the same area on the next census. I know he was killed a few months before his last child was born, and his last child was born in April 1915. I was thinking that the mine accident probably happened in the Luzerne/Wilkes Barre area, but I could be wrong. I have found some mining death lists for certain mine disasters, but his name does not appear on any of those lists. I don't think that I have looked at a complete listing of the mining accidents. Thanks again for replying.
