Although I can't tell you much about Dillem, I can tell you that Thomas Jefferson Vinson b. 1855 had a brother named Brazillai Vinson (my GG grandfather). I am trying to trace this back as far as I can b/c I found a bunch of old pictures, one of which is Brazillai.

Not sure if this helps, but I will keep you posted if I find anything else!
