Hi, My name is Ravi Rughani and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Nottingham in England. I am currently conducting a study to determine Vietnam War Veterans' views on Vietnam War Films, and how accuratly they depict the soldiers' experiences on returning home after the war. I am particularly focussing on Robert de Niro's character, Michael, in the Deer Hunter, and the opinions of veterans on Oliver Stone as a veteran turned director.
I would be grateful if you could share some of your invaluable opinions and experiences.
