I am looking for the parents of Henry P. Van Ness. He and his wife, Catherine V. came to Mansfield,Pa. area. He was born in 1797; His wife was born in 1798. One Reynolds family record said he came from "Johnstown,N.Y. area" I can't come up with a tie to that area. Would appreciate any info.
