I would like to hear from anyone with information about desendants of John VAN NESS, MD, who was born in 1818 in or near`Saratoga NY and died Sept 17, 1895 in Brooklyn NY. The following descendants are buried in Cypress Hills Cemetery in Brooklyn, in a plot purchsed by Dr. Van Ness in July 1864:

James A. WRIGHT was my gggrandfather and Rheuania (her name is spelled differently in every record) JOHNSON was one of his daughters.
