William H. Tucker 1850 Bedford Co, TN

I am searching for information regarding the William H. Tucker & wife Nancy (both b. VA) found in the 1850 Tn census for Bedford County. Listed are children Martha 10, Charles 6, John H 3.

Family history says that our Tuckers--Charles b 1844, Sarah b 1850, Nancy/Nannie b 1852, and William b 1859, were orphaned between around 1860. They then went to live with an older, married sister. Sarah's obit and funeral info states that her father's name was William, and that she had two brothers and two sisters.

Our Tuckers are not listed in the 1860 census, or they may be listed under their brother-in-law's name, which is unknown to us. I'm essentially trying to eliminate this William and Nancy from the 'possibility' list. Please help if you have info on this family.
