Benjamin Terry T-24 and Henry Terry T-63 DNA comparison

There are now 67 kits that have been ordered and 62 have been returned to FTDNA so we are one of the larger DNA surname groups.

Latest 67 marker DNA results as of August 27th, 2008 are up for Covington County, Alabama Terry family of Henry Terry b. 1802 Virginia. It looks like there is a "very tight" relationship genetically with the family of Benjamin Terry of Pittsylvania County, Virginia. There seems to be a growing group of Terry families who genetically descend from the South Side Virgina families in Pittsylvania, Hanover, King William and Caroline Counties.
