I'm looking for my ancestor, for whom I was named, Charlotte Swift. I know she was born about 12 Aug 1822 in Pullockhill, Bedford, England. She came to the US in about 1850, where she met and married William Matthews, from Beeston, Northhill, Bedford, England, in Missouri. Her father was named William Swift, and her mother was Sarah Jeelip. I can find nothing more about her or her family. If you know anything, please help me. Thank you
