Wayne, I don't know if this will help, but I have a Louis Schwartz, m. Margaret Tambaugh, with connections to Cleveland OH, Buffalo or Niagra Falls, NY, and Columbus,OH. Louis was born in 1812, had ?7 children, one was William Frederick. He was single, but had brothers John and George,one of whom may have had a son Frederick. Most ended up buried in Columbus, Ohio. This William Frederick built "Schwartz's Castle", a large home in German Village, Columbus,OH, still there, and was an unusual person. My g-grandfather was invited to dinner at the Castle, and returned home, telling family that Wm. had spent the entire meal in the nude, and "we will have nothing more to do with that man!".
