I am originally from Harpursville but my grandparents, Clarence and Mabel Weeks, lived in Windsor. My parents still reside near Windsor. Bernie Osborne was the source of some of my information although I can't currently locate the papers. He didn't know about the Andrew Schouten that went west and became the source of the letters I have.

From the age that she married I would guess that Lucy Schouten could be a cousin to Andrew and Henry. Andrew's sisters were Sally (or Sarah), Phebe & Jane. Phebe & Jane died before age 13. Sally married Russell Humiston. Most of them are buried in Pratt Cemetery. Andrew was born in the 1820s but I haven't confirmed his birthdate. I suspect he died in Mexico but I haven't been able to verify that.
