Looking for Sanchez. Luis Sanchez born in Carribean Islands and moved to NY and PA and died NY in June 1989 hit by train died instantly. Was child placed in foster home lost contact w family. Luis lived in Puerto Rico when he was a child and have family in PR but never seen or met them. Also family in Central Islip/Bellport NY area. His mother's name was Rosa Sanchez.
