Mary W Presley, daughter of Thomas Presley Jr. and Jennea (Jane) Preslar, was born in Chester County, South Carolina 24 March 1797. Polly died 20 May 1867.
She married John Lee. John was born 2 April 1793. John was the son of Ambrose Lee and Frances Whealer. John died 8 April 1886. His body was interred Armenia Methodist Church in Chester County, South Carolina.

Thomas Presley Sr. (Andreas Pressler, Johannes Valentine) was born in Cecil County, Maryland 27 August 1730. Thomas died before July 1808 in Anson County, North Carolina.
He married twice. He married (Elizabeth?) Culpepper before 1752. He married Sarah Lee before 1772.

i. Susanna Presley was born about 1752.
ii. Sarah Presley was born about 1756.
iii. Anna Presley was born about 1758.
iv. Richard Presley was born 15 March 1760.
v. Elizabeth Presley was born about 1760.
vi. Thomas Presley Jr. was born 25 February 1766.
