In the Census of 1910, both Jorge and Victor had the surname Gonzalez. But all other documents Jorge carries the Blasini Surname but not Victor. Probably because he was a natural son. But my feeling is that he was also son of Jorge also, but probably Epifania was not married to Jorge.
The information of Santiago Sallaberry Safini that I have is that he was born 30 Dec 1867 in France, son of Alexandre Sallaberry Clauset of France and Teresa Sixta Safini Rodriguez,
