Hi Tina,
Unfortunately, I asked the man whom I obtained it from about 6 years ago. He stated he rescued it from a government paper recycling bin before it was destined to become recycled into paper cartons. This was in the 1980's. He just held it until he found someone who could use it. I thanked him for having the foresight to rescue history even though he had no immediate use for it.There are no archival markings at all on it, in it, connected to it. There were about 4 transcribers over the run of text due to different handwriting. So the souce is unknown except for a paper recycling bin in Lithuania about 20 years ago.
Sort of like when the National Archives in Washington sends Founding Fathers' paperwork to the incinerator to make room for garbage documents of recent regimes.
