Seeking info on Ira and his descendants.
Need parents for Ira, b. ca 1794 in Vermont.

Ira went west to Ralls Co., MO by 1836, when he married there, 7 JAN 1836 to Mary Ann SHOHONEY (b. 1812 OH dau of James & Selah.)
They (Ira and Mary,) had 2 children in MO.
Ira moved his family to Adams county, Illinois in 1840 (census) and bought almost 80 acres of land from the General Land Office on the 3rd of November that year. They continued residing there and are found in the 1850 census in Liberty twp.
Sometime before the 1860 census (17 OCT,) they moved back west across the river, residing and farming in Peno twp, Pike county, MO. (With another child born in IL.)
By 1865, Ira had died, when his widow and 3 children were living (back east across the river,)in the city of Quincy, IL. [IL State census] The next year, 1866, they are listed in the City Directory, and Mary is listed as "widow of Ira."

I need a deathdate & place for Ira.
Also cannot find anymore on the 3 children after this city directory, nor what happened to the widow Mary Ann. (did she remarry?)

Ch:
i... Roland E. PEIRCE, b. 1837/38, Ralls Co., MO.
ii.. Amanda C. PEIRCE, b. 1839, Ralls Co., MO.
iii. Orlando N. PEIRCE, b. 1846, Adams Co., IL.

Roland and Orlando are living with their mother in the 1866 directory, both occ: Tobacco Rollers.
Amanda is in the house in the 1865 IL census, but not in the 1866 directory. (possibly she married.)

PEIRCE, PIERCE, SHOHONEY, SHOHONY
