Hi there I am just wondering if Zoe Ranger would have also been Marie Louise Ranger?
On the death notice of Olivier Duval, Marie Louise Ranger and Jean Bte. Duval are listed as the parents of Olivier Duval who was born in Vaudreuil, QC in 1834. Olivier's death notice on www.ancestry.ca says he was 90 years old and had been living in Ontario for the past 30 years. There is no name of spouse so I assume that she died before him.
Also on the www.ancestry.ca I found the death notice of Olivier Duval with the parents being Olivier Duval and Emelia (Paquette) and certified by Edmond Duval.
On another site I found the marriage of Edmond Duval son of Damase Duval and Emelia Paquette. Same Paquette???
I don't want to start searching the wrong line.
