ANNA (neePAQUETTE) Taillon-Smith Falls Institution?

New info i recieved tells me that Anna was in an Institution in Smith Falls, not sure for how long but was there in 1965.
Her son, Delma was raised by Foster parents by the name of Cleroux, in Orleans, Ontario. Delma's father, Anna's husband, Rene Taillon was probably already deceased.
Delma apparently was either in Army or Navy Cadets.
Not much but more than I had before.
