I have been working on my wife's family tree which goes back to Sweden in Anders Anderson who took the name Sherbeck because it belonged to some people on the boat who could write. Anders Anderson is one of the sons of Anders Larson and Benta (Bengta) Persson. Persson should really be Persdotter probably. However, they had eight children that I know so far. They are Pere, Lars (Lewis), Nels, Anna (Annette), Andrew (Anders), Marie (Mary), Elna and Anna. Here is where it gets interesting. Anders went to Nebraska along with Elna. Nels, Annette, and Anna all have to gone to Lindsborg, KS and are all said to be buried there. Here is the info on the 3 in Kansas.
Nels Larson (Anderson) B. Jan 8, 1843 Smedestrop, Sweden D. Jun 30, 1913 in Lindsborg, KS. Don't have wife's name or children.
Annette Larson (Anderson) b. Jan 14, 1845, D. Nove 20, 1920 in Lindsborg and buried there. She married Swan Swanson.
Anna Larson (Anderson) b. Jan 12, 1860. D. Jun 27,1944 in Lindsborg and buried there. Married Charles Palmquist.
Does any of these dates match what you have and do you have any cemetery or headstone information?
