These are my ancestors who came to the US in 1850 where they lived in Providence. I was raised in Providence and now live in Kent County, RI.
They (Frank ONeill and Elizabeth J. Sheridan) had one son named Frank A. ONeill who moved to New Haven where he was asst treasurer of Malley's Dept Store, Chapel St, New Haven. His home was on Elm St. He had a son Frank Sheridan ONeill, and daughters, Mary Harriet ONeill, Geraldine Oneill, Veronica Oneill. Sarah Duffy born in MA was their mother. Frank Sheridan ONeill is found in the SSDI in Florida in the second half of the 20th c.
The daughters did not marry as far as I know except for Catherine ONeill, my great great grandmother who married John Francis Dolan in Providence in 1860. She was born in Longford, however. They had 11 children.
