Still seeking place of birth in Ireland of Patrick O'Neil, b ca 1839; Thomas O'Neil, the immigrant b ca 1817, and brother, William O'Neil b ca 1800. Thomas' wife, unknown; William married Isabelle ? probably in Ireland. It has been said that they came through Canada, but have not been able to locate there. First found in 1860 Federal Census of Fredonia and Dunkirk, New York. Thomas, Patrick, and wife (of Patrick) Bridget Lyons, all buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dunkirk, New York. Patrick died 1915 in Fredonia.
