Michael O'Neil - Summit County, Colorado - 1880 - Fallen Officer

I'm trying to locate any living relatives of Michael O'Neil, killed in the line of duty in July of 1880, in Kokomo, Summit County, Colorado, so that his name may be properly posted on the National Law Enforcement Memorial wall of fallen officers in Washington, D.C. I "think" he may have had two brothers, John and Timothy. His brother John lived in Summit County, Colorado, and his other brother Timothy lived in Lake County, Colorado. According to the 1880 census, Michael was born in 1852 in New York. John was born in 1854 in New York. Timothy was born in 1850 in New York. Their father, name unknown, was born in Ireland, and their mother, name unknown, was born in Canada. Any help you might be able to provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
