Have you heard of a terrible doctor in Minnesota that likes to hurt babies? Her name is Jane K O'Neil. Luckily that is her married name and no mar against the O'Neil Clan. It is a shame she has that last name. Sorry to post here but I needed to speak of this experience and I had the right and duty to inform or I can get sued if I willing know that I know someone being seen by her. And if that happens I have this posted here to insure I did inform just incase her patients get hurt and I wont have to worry to get sued. There is an act in THE CONSTITUTION that allows me to do this and IT is my duty and in that duty I can be sued if I willing do not inform any patients she may see that I personally know without being sued or slandered for this. THE RIGHT TO KNOW AND THE DUTY TO INFORN ACT> UNDER ACT 21.
