Sorry Wesley, I have no further information, however there are records out there that you should probably take a look into acquiring, and they should hopefully yield additional information for you.
These records include:
1. New York City birth record of William J. Wanamaker on May 7, 1896 Certificate Number 21024
I believe you would find the above William Wanamaker being the son of William Wanamaker and Mary Lyons.
2. There is a New York City marriage record for William Wanamaker and Mary Lyons on June 24, 1894 Manhattan Marriage Certificate Number 7562
I do believe you will find William Wanamaker being the son of Giles Wanamaker and Ann Miller.
