I have Henry and Patrick's birth certificates. I also have all the genealogy on Patricks parents and decendants. The only one that is missing is Henry. The family in Scotland does not know what happened to him either.(but then until 2006, they didn't know what happened to Patrick either). The Scotland family and I made contact then and have even had a reunion since.
I really can't afford a death cert search and he might have or not died when his brother and family did. I am trying the church where my grandfather was baptised on the chance that Henry continued to attend.
