Family of Bill Mosby born abt 1900

I am looking for any information on a Bill Mosby born around 1900 who married a Viola Wassmer. They had one daughter that I know of: Dorothy born around 1932/34, and possibly a second one named Alberta. This family has lived for many years in Grove, Delaware, OK. But I don't know where Bill Mosby originated, or even if he was named William Mosby. You can contact me directly at hodnett2@msn.com. Dorothy married Johnny Downing and they had four children. They are still in the Grove area.
