Children of Mary Mixon m. Samuel Miles?

Hi,
Does anyone know the children of Mary Mixon and Samuel Miles? They were married on 11 Aug 1818 in Marion Co., MS. Mary is the daughter of Jesse & Elizabeth Mixon. Some children could be Mary, Martha, William and Sarah.

Samuel Miles was the bondsman for the marriage of Courtney Miles and John Covington in Marion Co., MS. I find Samuel Miles in 1850 living next door to John and Courtney. Father, uncle??
I am also trying to find the parents of James Miles, b. 1821 in Marion Co., MS. The only leads are Samuel and Mary.
