I have Charles Mixon, & spouse Eliza,b. 1775 NC, both d.
abt. 1850 Dickson, TN. I have their 5 children as:
Catherine b. 1797 NC, m. Isaac Bone b. 1796 NC
Hasty T. b.abt. 1810 m. Wm. Bone b. 1801
Nancy b. abt. 1809, single living with family of William
& Hasty in 1860 Census. Nancy would have been the sister
of Hasty. (Ghaskie)
Charles b. abt. 1812 m. Sarah Baggett
John b. abt. 1815, m. Margaret Jones
Is this all correct and then who is Mary A. Mixon, age 18, living with Wm. & Ghaskie Bone in the 1850 census?
However, I also found Wm. Bones spouse, Ghaskie to be Ghaskie Wallace,dau. of David Wallace.
can anyone straighten this out for me? My confusion seems to be with Ghaskie. Was she Mixon or Wallace? If she was Wallace, why was Nancy Mixon living with them? Very confusing. Janice
