I am trying to find any information on James Mixon (born ca1815 in SC) and his wife, Rebecca _______ (born ca1818 in SC). Rebecca's maiden name may have been Allmon (or some variation of that). They appear to have been married in GA, and their first child (Arabella) was probably born in GA in ca1846. By the 1850s, they had moved to Taylor Co., FL. Their other known children were: James, Susan, John, and Benjamin. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
