I am in search of information about my Great Grandfather -
The only info i have is that his name was Christopher Meade born abt 1847 in Mass. His wife's name was Estella B. King(b.1867). Known children were Viola A. (b.1891), Estella H.(b.1880), Alice E. (b.1886), and Owen P. (b.1896). All of these dates are approx. I have Christopher entering the war in 1861 but don't have any paper trail of them afterwards until Estella shows up on a 1920 census report in DC as a widow. I'm not sure whether Christopher was a middle name that he went by and that is why my trail is at a stand still. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
