I have a letter from Barbara McRae to her cousin Hattie (Sanders) Anlauf in my possession. It was in Hattie's Family Bible. The letter is dated October 1890 from Washington. She talks about her new twin daughters and her sisters Mary and Margy (Margeret?). She also talks of someone dying, I think it was her father. I have a hard making out the words but it looks like "Paw" and she was quite upset about it.
Anyway, if there are any of her relatives on here who would like a copy of this letter, I would be glad to send you a copy.
