I'm helping a friend with her family history and we're researching her McRae family. Here's what we know: John Fields McRae, Sr. b. 24 Jan 1927 d. 21 Jul 1995 in Seminole, Pinellas Co. FL His wife was Pearl Bernice Boutwell (b. 1930, d. 1975) Per family information, John's father might have been Earl McRae and his mother Lula Fields. I found the following family on the 1920 Census, which I presume to be John's parents and a couple of sisters: Earl R. McRae, head, age 35, b. in Florida Lula E. McRae, wife, age 22, born in West Virginia Blanch S. McRae, dtr, age 2-9/12, born in Florida Ida S. McRae, dtr, age 1 4-12, born in Florida I found the following in the 1910 Census, which I presume to be Earl and 3 siblings; the youngest is 13 so the parents might have died: Earl R. McRae, head, age 25 (all born in Florida) George W. McRae, brother, age 20 Blanche M. McRae, sister, age 22? (hard to read) Lois J. McRae, sister, age 13 I also found a WWI draft registration for Earl Rupert McRae, age 33 (12 Sep 1918), born 9 Dec 1884, and married to Luetta McRae. There is a Florida death record for Luetta Lula McRae (b. 3 Aug 1897, d. 4 Dec 1978) and for Earl Rupert McRae (d. 1951). I'm unable to locate Earl and Lula and family in the 1930 Census, not have I been able to find Earl in the 1900 Census. Nor are there any message posts about these particular McRaes on the various message boards. If anyone has information about this McRae line, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks in advance for any assistance! Notify Administrator about this message?
