What happened to Lewis & Moses?

I have been working on the Mays of Amherst Co VA for many years. I still do not have a lot of information on Lewis (married Lucy Wright in 1804) or Moses Mays (married Lucy Wright in 1800). Both were sons of Joseph and Sarah Mays. Does anyone have any descendants for these couples? Did they move to other states? Also, there are two Benjamin Mays listed in the 1780s records. One is the son of Robert Mays. Is the other one a son of William and Sarah Latham Mays? Or could he be another brother to Robert, Joseph and William? Does anyone know what happened to him? He had a large family in the records.
