For starters, I think this is a prime example of why you need to be very careful about information you find on the internet: a great deal of it is just flat WRONG.

One example:

Byrd, Rachel Elvira b. 1838, Milton, William b. 1844, Thomas Livy, John Horace, Charles Edward, Emma, Laura, Fannie, Martha, and Elizabeth are all children of John Mandeville Mays and Sarah Fulbright, NOT Benjamin Mays and Martha Frankie Dale.

I personally know people who are descendants of Byrd, Rachel, Thomas Livy, Emma and Fannie, and I know where these five are buried (in the same cemetery, in Rusk Co., Texas, with John Mandeville and Sarah Fulbright Mays).

I will take time to study this information you have posted and get back with you again.
