I used the LDS Family Search and found the following:

"Maize, notes and data of fifteen line of the family of Maize, Mayze, Maze, Mayes, Mays, Mehs, Mease, Meese, Maise, etc."

It was authored by: Burdge, Howard Griffith, b. 1875 (Main Author) and Burdge, Edith Maize (Added Author)

You should be able to request a copy at a local Family History Center....The film number is #876557 Item 4.
