MAY, Alex - After a brief illness, at the Henderson Hospital on Friday, August 23, 1996. Beloved husband of Edna (nee MOOTE). Loving father to Audrey Pedler, Joan and Pete Ridehalgh, Susan and Hugh LaBelle and Debbie. Will be missed by his grandchildren, Lori and Mike, Peter and Cindy, Scott and Nena and Brian. Papa to seven great-grandchildren. Brother of Stewart and Lottie. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Alex was a retired employee from Stelco Hilton Works. Friends will be received at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Chapel Service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. Memorial donations to the Childrens Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
