May/Delong/Hayton

GGG grandfather's name is believed to be Samuel May. Samuel married Elizabeth Oliver. There is a native element to our family tree and I'm quite certain it comes form the May family.
Mays were residing in the Montreal area in the 1840's and 1850's. Samuel and Elizabeth's daughter was Elizabeth May and was born approx. 1844. Elizabeth (1844?) married Henry Morgan Delong who was French. It is likely that they lived on or near Oka. The Mays and Delongs moved from this area prior to 1863 and settled in the Burlington area. My great grandmother Eola Delong was born in 1863 in Nassagaweya Twp.
Henry and Elizabeth remained in this area of Ontario until some relatives who lived on the Oka Reserve were moved to Gibson Lake near Bala, Ontario. The movement of these families took place prior to 1881.
Henry, Elizabeth and Eola moved northward to reside near Gravenhurst. My G grandfather Thomas Meggison Hayton met Eola Delong and they married in Gravenhurst on October 22, 1883.
Would love to hear from anyone related to this family.
