Anton Frederick Lund (1903-1971) was the son of Niels P. Lund (abt 1865-1920) and Frederikka Laurina Lund (1875-1910). Both were born in Denmark and are buried in Nashua, Iowa.
My father was Vego (Viggo) Emil Lund (1906-1989), brother of "Tony", as Anton was always called. Tony's daughter Janice lived in Nashville, Tennessee from 1945 until about 10 years ago. Tony always came to visit in the summers and brought Richard with him. We lived in Nashville and north Alabama in those years. Was Richard your grandfather? He was my playmate in those summers. Tony's other children were Donald and Shirley.
You can find the family of Niels and Frederikka Lund in the 1910 census in Bremer Co, Iowa. They lived near Plainfield, Iowa. Tony's other brother was Niels Christian Lund (1902-1973) and his only sister was Elsie M. Lund (1909-1991)who married Floyd Nelson.
