I just wanted to let all the Danish Lunds to know where I received some wonderful help. I knew my g-grandfather's name, birthdate, marriage date, death date, and immigration year. I contacted the
Danish Immigrant Museum--Family History Center--in Denmark.
I found his former occupation (shoemaker--he came to US and was a farmer in Nebraska)with this information I will be able to find his parents. When I get the chance--also much of the information I gave to them was from a local county historical society that sent me photocopies of newspaper articles with family names.
