Wives of James Luke of PEI: Jacqueline Arsenault, Celina LeBlanc

James Luke, born 1866, died 1950, Prince County, PEI. I am unable to find any information on his wives, Jacqueline Arsenault (1866-1914) and Celina (Celine?) LeBlanc (1869-1962). Who were their parents? Did they have children? Previous husbands? Apparently James and Celina had a foster son, Herman J. Arsenault. I am interested in any Luke-Arsenault connection in Prince Edward Island. Any help would be much appreciated.
