Searching for information on Antoine Lavergne boorn about 1820 in Canada, married Mathilde Blouin and had at least three children: Louisa born 1856 in IL, Margarette, Agnes (Mary) born July 1854, in Canada. Members of this family went from Canada to Louisiana and then back up to Illinois where Mathilde died. It's not known exactly how, when or why but the three girls ended up in Marathon Co., Wisconsin by early 1870s where they married. Louisa married Mathias Mess Nov 20, 1870. Margarett married Frank Gollette Sept 28, 1871 and Mary married Frank Wollenschlager/Wolslair Aug 4, 1879. I do have some information but need more detailed information. Thank you.
