In searching for some Lacey relatives, I received a Certified Copy of a Death Certificate for Charles Lacey, a 27 year old male who was a butcher. He died 15 May 1844 at Stoke Prior. The death was registered in Bromsgrove District in the County of Worcester. Informant was the coroner.
My line of Lacey relatives in Worcester are George Lacey, a salt maker (b. about 1797 - d. 13 Feb 1866) & his wife, Frances Lucretia Ingram (c. 1 Nov 1801 - d. 12 Feb 1868). As they were married about 1826, the above Charles would not be one of their children, but perhaps some other researcher would know of a connection.
