Does anyone own a family history that mentions the fact that the Lacey family of Scottsville, New York, raised mastiffs? Ann Gennett Pixley Lacey was a descendant of William Pixley of Hadley.
I would appreciate the full citation for a publication that I am editing. An essay by Jacquelyn Oak about the three Lacey family portraits will be appearing in the publication "Seeing America" due to come out in June, 2006. Many thanks.
