Peter Klein, of Chicago, a former employe of the Vulcan Iron Works, Chicago, is under arrest in the city, charged with conspiracy to dynamite the plant of his former employer. When arrested, Klein told the police that he got the dynamite from his brother, who lives in Aurora, and that he secured them while in this city on the Fourth of July and took them to Chicago while riding a bicycle.
