I have a Willingham-Kennerly connection, also. I will have to dig to go back to my earliest Willingham ancestor, but it starts out with John & Mary Willingham- then to a William B.Willingham who died 1830's to his son; Rolly S. to his son, William B. (1830-1864. William B. Willingham married Francis Jane Thomas and they were living in DeKalb Co, GA on the 1860 Census. Wm. B. Willingham was killed in the Battle of Fredericksburg, VA during the Civil War. Wm B. Willingham & Francis Jane Thomas had a daughter; Mary L. Willingham b:1852 married a John F. Berry in Gwinnett Co, GA & moved to Van Buren Co, ARK. and then married a Wm. Scarberry in 1882 in Van Buren Co, Ark. Mary Willingham Berry & Wm. Scarberry had a daughter, Viney L. Scarberry b:Mar 1887 who married Lee Forrester in 1902. Viney & Lee Forrester & lots of their children are buried in a KENNERLY Cemetery in Pulaski Co, Arkansas. I'm trying to figure out the Kennerly "connection" to my Gr-Grand Aunt Mary Willingham Berry Scarberry family. Does anyone know? Notify Administrator about this message?
