Did you get the info. that you were looking for on the Nourse, Nurse family? I don't think that Jonathan was part of that line though, I think that he was named after his uncle Jonathan Nourse, his father Ebenezer's sister's husband, who descended from Rebecca Towne Nurse, she was hung as a "witch" in Danvers Salem, Mass, witch trials. I descend from Rebecca Towne Nurses brother Samuel Towne. Their sister Mary Towne Este was also hung. There is a three part video that you can rent called Three sovereigns for Sarah about their sister Sarah Towne who was accused but not hung, played by Lynn Redgrave.
