As mentioned the copies are very difficult to read but will try my best to provide what I can read. There is no cover. Copies can be obtained from Library of VA, Jesse Family Bible Record, 1786-1865, Accession 23708, 4pp.

Page 1.
Births:
Thomas Jesse son of John Jesse & Catherine his wife was born Sept 13, 1786.
Elizabeth Claybrook was born 30th day of Sept. 1791.

Deaths:
John Jesse, my father, died 19th day of March 1814(or 1811, I can't make out if it's 11 or 14)
Elizabeth Jesse, wife of John died 29th Oct 1832
William Jesse, son of John Jesse died 19th march 1840
Betty Ball___B Montague died August the 11th, 1848
Fanny Claybrook died August 17th, 1848, in the 61st year of her age
Elizabeth Jesse died July the _______in 61st year of her age 1852.

Thomas Jesse and Elizabeth Shackleford who was Elizabeth Claybrook were married 24th December 1828
William Jesse, son of John Jesse, was married Mary S.Barrett of King William 20th day of December 1832
William Jessee and Mary D. Claybrook were married 28th December 1837
In different handwriting is Tho Jesse and Miss Fanny __ Major was married the 12th of April 1853
In another handwriting below that is 1865
