Brothers, Tamakichi T. and Akino Nakamoto, emigrated from Hiroshima, Japan to the U.S. Tamakichi was born 20 Dec 1883 (though 1920 and 1930 census would have the year about 1873 or 1874). His immigration was likely 1898. His brother, Akino, who also came to the U.S., went back to Japan before the start of World War II. Their mother's surname was Yomoto. Tamakichi married Suyeno Sugiyabu and they lived in Bishop, Inyo, California around 1916, where they had a restaurant. By 1916, they had moved to the Sutter County/ Butte County area of California.

Their family included:

1) May Akino Nakamoto
2) unknown son Nakamoto
3) Norobu Nakamoto
4) Joe T. Nakamoto
5) LIVING Nakamoto
6) LIVING Nakamoto
7) Yuri Nakamoto
8) Ray Nakamoto

Tamakichi died in 1943 in Butte County, California.

I am looking for information on anyone who descended from Tamakichi's and Akino's parents, as well any possible other siblings and their descendants. Also, I'd like to know more about this family in Japan.
