Elizabeth Betsy Hunter from Berwickshire

in my family tree i have an Elizabeth Betsy Hunter (1809-1888) from Scotland who married John Henry. Her family moved to Ontario and there she married John Henry and with him immigrated to the NY in the 1930s.

Any info on her would be fantastic. thank you :)
