Since posting, I've found "Hoppy's" given name to be Oscar C. Hopkins and his wife's name was Anita L. Johnson.

They were married 1938 in Garfield County, Washington. I think the twins were named after a clever partition of their mother's name Anita=Ann & Johnson=Jo, unknown who Tamera was named after (if anyone).

Anita died about 1953 in Idaho, she and Oscar had been separated, however, he returned to Idaho and brought their three daughters to Alaska.

Anything sound familiar?
